Caramel Apple Pops

I love caramel apples, especially this time of year! Candy apples too, if I'm being honest with my "crunchy" self! But they are so difficult to eat, no!? This simple fix will make those little mouths happy (and less messy) with a more approachable pop!

  1. Take 6 apples and slice them into half inch to 1 inch thick slices

  2. Make a small, shallow incision at the bottom of each slice using a knife

  3. Stick a popsicle stick into your incisions

  4. Add Heavy Cream or evaporated milk to 3 cups caramel

  5. Warm your caramel for 30 second intervals until smooth. If runny, let it sit for a minute sl the

  6. Lay your apple pops on wax paper.

  7. This is the part the kids love! Drizzle your caramel over the top of your pop. Flip and repeat! Now do it again on each side!

  8. You may opt to roll them in sprinkles or nuts too!

  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before enjoying!
